This patient presented with concerns related to marked aging changes of the face and neck, including heavy jowls, marked neck laxity with heavy platysmal bands, deep marionette lines, hooding of the upper eyelids, lower eyelid bags, and significant wrinkling of the facial skin with sun damage. She underwent facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing. Her postoperative pictures demonstrate marked improvement in the neck and jawline, significant softening of the marionette lines and nasolabial folds, improvement in the appearance of the eyes, and improved skin tone/texture.
