This patient presented with concerns related to marked neck laxity, sagging jowls, deep marionette lines and nasolabial folds, and wrinkling of the facial skin. She underwent facelift, autologous fat grafting for restoring midface volume, and CO2 laser skin resurfacing. As demonstrated in her postop pictures, she has had marked improvement in her neck and jawline, significant reduction in the depths of the nasolabial folds and marionette lines, and improvement in the tone and texture of the skin giving a natural, more youthful appearance.
