Thank you for your questions and photos! You have partially answered your own questions . If you would like your breasts more lifted - then you will at least need to do a lift . Depending on the size that you wish - the lift will reduce your breast size by a cup or more . The placement of the implant - is surgeon dependent .

Thank you for your questions and photos! You are a good candidate for both procedures . For your breast - an autoaugmentation would be very good . For the Tummy - the scar would have to go across your upper abdomen and may not be ideal.
