Unfortunately you are correct. The implant has descended below the anatomical crease (bottoming out). This is causing the scar to ride up on the breast and the nipple to rise relative to the other (beautiful) side. It is not dangerous per se, and if stays put you may well prefer to leave alone for the time being.
