I would suggest that you obtain a second opinion from someone in your area who has a lot of experience using a variety of injectable fillers. Fillers around the lower eyelids, require caution. You might consider injecting with a thicker and more permanent filler. It can’t hurt to ask to recoup some of your expense.

Yes, you have a very common condition called facial asymmetry, where one side of the face is slightly different than the other side. You should consult with a seasoned facial plastic surgeon. You should be able to get a significant improvement with better alignment of the nose. It may never be absolutely perfect, but at least worth getting an opinion.

I am puzzled why a 28 year old would need hair replacement. It is doubtful that you had 10,000 grafts. Don’t give up hope just yet, there’s always a chance that the grafts will start growing. Give it 2-3 months and check in with us. Wish you all the best.

500 grafts would be better than none and would give you some decent density. You would probably have a better result if you used 1000 grafts. You can always do this in stages, but you’re probably better off just doing it just once.

Based on the photograph, it appears that you would benefit significantly by doing a midface lift which would tighten the muscles, contour the fat and then remove the excess skin. It appears that you would also benefit by doing a lower eyelid procedure to minimize the puffiness. Surgery does NOT eliminate fine lines of the skin. You should be on a therapeutic skin regimen to improve your skin texture.

You appear to be an ideal candidate for both a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. The septoplasty would realign the inside of the nose and improve your breathing. The shape of your nose can be significantly improved by lowering the bridge, shortening the tip and defining the shape… all done in a VERY conservative manner.

Yo would benefit greatly from a chin implant and fat contouring of the area under your chin. This is a very safe and simple procedure all performed with a 1 centimeter incision under the chin that heals without a scar. You would also benefit doing an ear procedure that is also safe, simple and predictably successful. The incision is in the back of the ear and it is inconspicuous. The procedure is designed to minimize a protrusion. Your nose looks great, I would leave it alone.

You should concur with a facial plastic surgeon that has a lot of experience performing facial implants. There are very specific implants that could easily improve your condition. In the proper hands this is a very safe and simple procedure that can be performed on an outpatient basis.

It appears from your photographs that you have both conditions. You should consult with an expert facial plastic surgeon or a maxillofacial surgeon. The more simple correction would be to consider facial implants. The more complex solution calls for the reconstructing the bony framework of your face. Be aware that the second option is a relatively complicated procedure with a long recovery.

Base don the photographs you seem to have facial asymmetry, which is very common. You could consider using a temporary facial fillers which are done by an experience provider. This should at least temporarily correct the asymmetry, and if it gives you the look that you desire, you can consider having a more permanent solution, like performing having a chin implant which would compensate for the asymmetry.
