It is certainly possible to have a second breast reduction. It is helpful to know the technique used first time as this can help plan surgery to reduce the risk of affecting the blood supply to the nipple. Based on the information you’ve given it’s very unlikely you would need free nipple grafts but it would be best for you to see and be examined by a plastic surgeon to get a better idea on the most appropriate option.
