I think that you answered your own question when you said you wish your nose was smaller. Non surgical rhinoplasty uses filler to "build up" parts of the nose to make the nose look more proportional. You can make the nose wider, taller, smoother and the profile straighter, however, you are adding volume to the nose and it won't appear smaller.
