You are a great candidate for abdominal etching and yes the V shape can be created on a canvas like your body.  These procedures require great detail and you should see a high def expert.  In addition the post op care for these procedures are extremely important, make sure you 4D expert has a post op protocol for you as well.

I think you are a good candidate for vaser with an added skin tightening agent such as Renuvion/Jplasma.  Your lower abdomen appears to have some laxity and you may want to consider a tummy tuck as well.  It all depends on what your overall goals are. See an expert!

You appear to be in great shape and would be an ideal candidate for Vaser 4D high def, I find this to be the most satisfying procedure for patients post op and overall my happiest patients.In terms of waist size, it all depends on your starting point, I think utilizing improved contours is the best best way to dictate success for you!

Smart lipo can help with skin retraction but another good option would be Renuvion/Jplasma which is complete in conjunction with lipo.  It is a radio frequency device that can help with skin tightening.All minimally invasive procedures (smart lipo, vaser lipo) with skin tightening agents can help with your “apron” but will not get you as tight as a tummy tuck.  There is no right answer, its about what you are looking to achieve!Hope this helps
