I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience with your surgery.  There are options to help minimize the asymmetry you’re describing but photos are needed to assess your case.

The results from Botox injections should last 3 – 4 months.  If you’re repeatedly having issues with your results wearing off quickly, I’d recommend finding another injector!

From your photos, it does look like you may still have some swelling from injection with Restylane.  It should improve daily.  I’d give it a few more days and you’re still concerned, you should check in with your injector.

A “gummy smile” occurs when excess gingiva (gum tissue) shows above the upper teeth when smiling.  Botox injections of the upper lip elevator muscles can reduce the amount of gum showing above the teeth during a smile. These  injections are not performed on the gums however.

From your photos, I would recommend an internal transconjunctival approach with fat repositioning.  A SOOF lift may also be considered.  An in person consultation would be necessary to determine your skin quality and lid tone in order to make any further recommendations. Best of luck!

The Clear + Brilliant laser does not penetrate deep enough to impact fat cells.  There is no risk of losing facial volume after a treatment.
