Hello. The two possibilities are bruising and effects from the filler (Tyndall effect). If it is bruising it should resolved in the next week or two. If it ends up being an effect from the filler it can be resolved by injecting some Hyalurodinase to dissolve the filler. Either way there is a solution for your concern.
