This result does happen occasionally with liposuction. You might benefit from MyEllevate, a threading procedure. Alternately you might ask your surgeon if running a laser under the skin to help tighten would be beneficial.

Yes nanografting is perfect for that. shop around and find a good price. it can take several months for nanografting to be evident

It can but its not the best choice. You dont get very much fat from that area and its pretty fibrous. Fat transfer is most successful from the inner thighs or the abdomen.

Hard tissue may be scarring. Ask him/her about intralesional kenalog. that can soften the area. best of luck
