you have a number of concerns relating to the tip and nostrils primarily.
Personally, I don’t think your nostrils are an odd shape. There is a small degree of a hanging columella which is easy enough to correct. The tip could also be narrowed and refined. As to the method I agree with one of your respondents that it is akin to asking the pilot how he intends to fly the aircraft. With precise tip work I find it more predictable using an open approach. The scar and swelling are small…

Botox will only help to a degree. To achieve a good aesthetic result you would benefit from a lower lid blepharoplasty. This does involve a downtime of 1-2 weeks.

I think you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty to address the width issues. The upper 2/3 could be corrected by performing osteotomies or closed fractures of the nasal bones. The lower 1/3 width could be addressed by narrowing the nostril base width. The limiting factor would be the skin thickness.

Let me start off by stating fillers only have a limited role in augmenting defects of the nose. You require a rhinoplasty and my preference would be to perform an open rhinoplasty. This allows the accurate reduction of the hump and lessens the likelihood of complications such as an inverted v deformity or mid vault collapse.

Don’t panic, it is still early days at 3 months post op. I think your surgeon has done a reasonable job. The only things you can do to accelerate shrinkage include night taping and perhaps cautious use of steroid injections locally.

it’s interesting that you say your nose is long and wide with a bulbous tip. I would agree that it is long and over projected but the width is OK and the tip just needs refining. The main thing is to deproject the nose without losing support and to raise the columella or bottom of the nose so that it doesn’t hang down. In the hands of an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon should expect an excellent result.
