Hi and thank you for your question. I think your a good candidate for a breast augmentation. I also use 3D imaging and this can help with picking different size implants for your asymmetry. They will never be the same however and this is normal. We could also do preoperative sizing and we can use sizers in the OR to help make a decision.

Thank you for your question. As per the other responses your best bet is weight loss through diet and exercise. I know that is not easy but your issue can not be treated surgically. A nutritionist would be a good place to start. With significant weight loss you maybe a good candidate for an abdominoplasty.

Thank you for your question. As per the other responses this is variable with your surgeon. I would ask them. Long ago it was thought that massage might decrease capsular contracture but there is really no evidence for this. I still get my patients to message after first follow up (about 7-10 days). I also think it can be done once daily long term as a way to self examine.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos and the timing I do think that your implants will drop more as the tissues relax. You are about 3 months from surgery and I find that the implants can settle up to 6-8 months. I don’t think they will go down a lot more though. Otherwise they are quite symmetrical.

Thank you for your question. I would not recommend a Benelli lift for you. This will likely result in stretched scars. In order to address your excess skin you really need a formal vertical scar lift or possibly a anchor pattern.

Thank you for the question and picture. People heal at different rates and this is quite normal. Your scar looks fine in the picture. You maybe having some tethering of the scar that massage may help. You could also see your surgeon to review the scaring/
