Better breast symmetry will be achieved by lifting the right breast and equalizing the nipple/areola tissue on the right to match the left. Liposuction to the axillary tissue above the breast will help also to achieve a better look also, or it can possibly be taken down with Kybella injections.

Botox injection needles are very small, so any penetration into a nerve would cause minmal damage that will recover.The healing will have hypersensitivity as the nerve recovers. It does take time. Vitamin B12  could help and is fine to take.
