If the filler in your lip was a permanent filler then it can be removed surgically. If it was an HA filler, it can be dissolved. It looks like some of the filler may have either migrated upwards or it was injected incorrectly into the white of your lip making it appear heavy. You could use some filler in the NLFs and in the chin for improved facial harmony. What is causing the jowl fat to appear more when viewing your side profile is due to a smaller than ideal jaw and chin. You would benefit from some filler in your chin to improve its recession which will help give definition to your jawline and mask the appearance of your jowls. If you want further enhancement, I would recommend some filler to your jawline as well. This is a relatively easy fix when visiting a board certified physician with experience in doing these injections.

You are naturally pretty and it shouldn't be very difficult to get you closer to your wish look. It can be done with some Botox, dermal fillers, and a gentle laser for evening out the skin tone and slight tightening along with a customized medical grade skincare regimen. Hi kaites! The crackling noises and eyelid swelling should not have anything to do with Botox itself. You will not notice full results from botox for about 10-14 days. If you have any concerns, call the office who placed the Botox for you and remember to always go to a certified medical professional to have any medical injections done, including Botox.

Hi sandyrocks, great question! This can happen when the muscles on one side of the face become hyperactive. Most people are asymmetrical but it can be more obvious in some than in others. In your case, you would most likely need to slightly relax the muscle that's pulling up your right eyebrow. This can be done very easily with a small amount of botox.
