Hard to say if your stomach looks the same after some weight loss without photos to compare. You should reach your goal weight and make sure you can maintain it prior to any surgery. An abdominoplasty will result in a tighter appearance of your abdomen because it typically includes removal of extra skin, tightening of the muscle and liposuction.

I am basing this answer on the images you provided which do not include side views. An in person visit with a proper consultation and a physical exam would be necessary before proceeding with surgery.

It’s gonna be accomplished with a lift without moving the nipple much. You should seek a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area.

Your nipples appear to be in normal position looking from the side views. From the front of you, your breasts are a little wide, which can only be corrected with a vertical incision. If you were willing to except a slightly wider breast, you can certainly get a fuller look from augmentation only because your nipples don’t need to move.

Any procedure you do should be done after your weight loss goals are reached. Liposuction alone will likely leave you with some hanging skin. You may need an excisional procedure such as an abdominoplasty.

Great question. The best way to think about is in terms of physical activity overall as opposed to your specific type of activity. In my practice women who are very athletic tend to prefer implant placement over the muscle in order to avoid animation deformity. This decision needs to be made together with your surgeon who would have to assess your own breast tissue and it’s thickness to determine if you’re a candidate for this technique.

Personally I don’t think it is possible to go from your photo to your goal without a severe deformity. You don’t have room on your frame for implants that large.

Excellent question. Windowshading deformity is common after submuscular implant placement. I prefer subfascial or subglandular placement in women who are very active at the gym. However, you need to have enough of your own breast tissue to cover the implant itself. The typical teaching is that you need at least 2 cm thickness of your own breast tissue to be a good candidate for this technique.
