Microneedling with PRP or without?

Please tell me what to use after this dermaplaning ?
Breakout After Dermaplaning
Feb 18, 2020
Feb 18, 2020
Although I have not done a scientific study, and any dermaplaning can lead to breakouts, I have found an anecdotal correlation between the increase of breakouts with the week leading to menses. Try dermaplaning while ovulating instead, as the bacterial flora changes. If a breakout occurs pinpoint application of an antibiotic ointment overnight can help with the pustules and inflammation.

Cosmetic Lasers Don't cause the Nose to Grow
Jan 26, 2020
Jan 26, 2020
The face does continue to grow as we age, however, botox and injectables cannot generally cause this. Your family doctor can discuss medical causes of facial growth, or you may have lost weight, making your nose appear larger.
Would I be a good candiate for a photofacial if I am biracial and have sun damage/melasma?
melasma and lasers

Oct 1, 2019
It is contraindicated to use photofacial lasers on a patient with Melasma. The condition could worsen or spread. Also your pigmentation is not ideal for photofacials. Have you considered microdermabrasion?
