I generally think that if you are healthy and the skin and soft tissues of your nose are healthy, then it is reasonable to undertake a revision rhinoplasty, even if there was more than one surgery before. You do have to allow for sufficient time for the nose to heal; if your last surgery was in 2019 then that should be plenty of time.

In cases where there is a "pointiness" on one side of the tip associated with a different nostril shape, I would guess that the underlying issue may be an asymmetry of the tip cartilages. This theory is supported by the fact that if you push down on the pointy side it helps fix the nostril issue. One slight caveat is that at 10 months out there is still some swelling reduction that needs to occur, although it is a decent time point to make an assessment.
