There have been no large studies regarding the effects of fillers while breast feeding. That said, the small amount of these substances that are injected into the lip are unlikely to cause any adverse effects, but are still considered off label and your individual situation should be discussed with your injector.

The crease is normal when aging/volume loss occurs. Have all filler from mid face dissolved. Then consider either having more filler placed in deeper fat pads to prevent migration and/or use an energy based device to thicken and tighten the skin such as radio frequency microneedling.

You may want to consider laser resurfacing. I also think that well placed filler and Botox could still help. Revox Line Relaxer may also have some positive effect. The eye area is a very advanced area to inject so make sure to see a board certified dermatologist, plastic surgeon or ophthalmologist.

I have not heard or seen an instance where properly administered Botox did not improve dynamic facial lines of the upper face. Sometimes there are lines at rest that are not improved much, but at age 21 that is not often the case. I recommend trying another injector.

Lasers and microneedling create a more intense wound healing response that Sculptra. This generally leads to collagen building up faster and thicker in a scar. Since Sculptra is an injectable there are risks associated with it that you would not have with lasers or microneedling such as intravascular injection, bruising and nodule formation. Sculptra is sometimes used to support and enhance the collagen formation from devices.

Recently it has been shown that Sculptra may be mixed just prior to using or several days in advance. I do not mix Sculptra with PRP. PRP or growth factor serums are best used after microneedling.
