This lovely patient was unhappy with the excess skin in her upper eyelids and the "bags" in her lower eyelids and deep tear troughs. She underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting to tear troughs to remove the excess skin of her upper eyelids, to tighten the lower eyelid skin, remove the "bags" in her lower eyelids and fill the tear troughs. The results shown are at 3 months post-op
