Hello and thank you for your question. Facial asymmetry is very common and in some instances is more noticeable than others. For volume difference you can use dermal fillers to achieve a better symmetry. As far as your eyes your left eyebrow appears slightly more elevated than the right. If that bothers you, Botox injections can help restore a better symmetry.

Hello and thank you for your question. From the pictures you have posted it appears that you there is lax skin of you lower eyelids, prominent fat pads, and tear troughs. Lower blepharoplasty can remove the lax skin, tighten the lower eyelids and use your own fat to fill the tear troughs.

Hello and thank you for your question. On your smiling photo it appears that lower eyelid muscle is a little more visible and you have some skin laxity. Botox can help decreases the visibility of the muscle during smiling if you are considering less invasive approach. Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible that you have bilateral upper lid ptosis which appears symmetric. If that bothers you then you may consider ptosis surgery. Additionally if you are feel that your tired appearance is due to your inferior scleral show and slightly widened lateral scleral triangles you may consider a canthopexy procedure. A physical exam will be needed prior to any final diagnosis since this photograph is not enough.

It is difficult to say if all of those procedure could be done for you at the same setting without an examination or a picture. Hello and thank you for your question. Looking at your pictures it is possible that the double chin is residual swelling. It is hard to say what the bump in your neck is since I do not know what exactly was done during your facelift. Even so at 3 weeks it is hard to do anything. At this point all you can do is control the swelling and wait until you have healed before you can get another opinion.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is possible to have residual swelling even a month after surgery. It should not be a significant amount though. Unfortunately this late after surgery ice will probably not help that much. It is possible to get a lymphatic drainage massage that may help. It is best for you to follow closely with your plastic surgeon who can guide you through your post op course.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is rather late after a facelift for you to keep getting hematomas. Make sure you are not taking any medications or supplements which might predispose you to more bleeding. It is difficult to give you more advice without examining you. Follow up closely with your plastic surgeon and he can guide you through your post op course

Hello, and thank you for your question. At two weeks after a facelift it is possible to have some swelling. In general the drainage tube is not placed in the cheek, it is actually placed in the neck. So it is unlikely this is from the drainage tube. Depending on what type of facelift you had and if the SMAS was resected or sutured you might be seeing some of that. Follow up closely with your plastic surgeon and he can guide you through your post-op course.

Consider liposuction to areas that have excess fat such as abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, lower back and can use the fat to graft in the areas that are bothering you. Discuss these options with a plastic surgeon in your area.
