Which procedure is best for me to address my dropping face?
No surgical facelift
Nov 14, 2023
Hi there, I would recommend facetite and minor liposuction of the jawline for this, you have a really great starting point
What type of facial surgery would I benefit most from? (Phtoo)
Options

Thanks for the questions and photos! I think a scarless lower blepharoplasty would nicely refresh your lower eyelids, and facetite to the lower 1/3 of the face. You have a lot of natural beauty!
Stomach is wrinkly after each pregnancy – what procedures would I need for this?

Hi there, your concerns are very common after pregnancy. A tummy tuck, or abdominoplasty, addresses this well, it’s the BEST operation we have for excess skin of the tummy, which you have from pregnancy. It includes removal of the panniculus. A panniculectomy on its own is not recommended for you.
Non-surgical treatments – dermal fillers, facial slimming, what should I get done?

Hi there, thanks for the question. I think you look great! Your lower lip is larger than your upper lip, which is natural, but sometimes young women want more of an upper pout so we add some lip filler to the area. I like how your chin is just a little behind your lower lip, so I wouldn’t recommend a chin implant. And your jawline is very nice
Bulge over scar 9 months after drainless tummy tuck
I agree

I agree with your surgeon, the upper abdominal skin is thicker than what is below, so that’s why it can “bulge” over the top of the incision. Liposuction is a nice tool to improve it.
How do I reduce this fat pad next to my nose?
Reducing fat
Oct 26, 2023
Great photo! You caught it right. It looks like you’ve actually got some volume loss, or hollowing, just below that area, which makes the pad stick out. I like to use a highly cohesive filler right on top of the bone at that lower border of the nose, called the “piriform” region, to add some volume back in.
I am experiencing nipple pain from time to time 1 year and 4 months after breast augmentation
Breast pain
Oct 26, 2023
Hi there- there are many possible causes of breast pain, including, believe it or not, caffeine intake. The implants don’t seem to have capsular contracture, but that is best evaluated in person. Glad you’re getting your ultrasound, keep seeing your surgeon
