Thanks for the question.

I have not experienced that issue in any of my patients, and have not heard of it being reported. That I hope will offer some comfort, as it must be very uncommon, and the explanation offered by the doctor whose patient had the issue, seems to be reasonable.

All surgery does carry risks though tinnitus after a facelift I would imagine is extremely uncommon

Hi,
It is possible to revise a previous breast reduction. Procedure will aim to achieve the cup size you desire and locate the nipple on the apex of the breast mound, while creating the minimal scar pattern,
I would suspect you would though need the ” anchor type scar” to achieve the revision result you desire.
i do think all will depend on a full examination and from there a surgical plan can be made

Hi,
Liposuction is used to address excess fat deposits and while it will improve contour, it will not address excess skin. When it comes to the abdomen you need to consider the issues of fat, skin, and muscle laxity if you are looking to achieve the best result.

In some cases liposuction is the best option to address fat, but when there is skin excess a tummy tuck may be a better procedure to achieve what you are looking for.

A breast reduction can be used to decrease the breast size to the patients desired result, and if that means DD cup to A cup , then that is possible
The key i think is that if you are “top heavy” then you need to consider a reduction that achieves your goals but does not render you “bottom heavy” by going too far.

Hi,
I think with the early signs of facial aging that occur such as you are displaying, then considering non surgical options is a better option than a facelift.

A thread lift is minimally invasive in office treatment that will address the early signs of facial aging , and can be very effective in the correct patients. I would suggest exploring this option in preference to a facelift at this stage.

I have tuberous breasts. Do I need a lift or can I get away with implants?

Hi,
I do think you have tuberous breast with a constricted lower pole to the breast and what we call psuedo herniation of the nipple areolar complex – ” puffy nipple”.

The implant alone will increase breast volume but do nothing for the puffy nipple. to address puffy nipple with need a perioareolar mastopexy, and the down side is the scar.

Some of my patients will elect to have the implant alone, and asses the outcome and are often happy to accept the puffy nipple on a larger more shapely…
