The best option would be restyline injected to fill the fat pockets around your mouth. Restyline can also be used to fill marionette lines. Botox or Dysport would also be a good option for the lines as well

Radiofrequency will definitely help to tighten skin in the lower face, jawline and neck. I use Fractora from Inmode systems and have had excellent results

It is certainly possible that you could have infection if only one side is swollen. There would also be some tenderness when touched and possibly some redness to the area. Probably need evaluation from the person who injected the filler
