Thank you for your question. It actually is very reasonable to increase the size as you are discussing. The calf area is limited on how much volume can be added depending on the individual. Your first calf augmentation has now in essence expanded the area and you may be able to accomodate a larger implant that you could not have previously.

Congrats on your surgery!
I recommend to my patients to avoid any cardio activity, intercourse or any activities that will elevate heart rate or blood pressure for 2 weeks.
If no issues by 6 weeks, all restrictions on weight training are usually removed
If a mastopexy or implant revision is performed, 8-10 weeks may be required to allow for full adequate healing before returning to heavy exercise

I agree, that at the areas of most tension, the T junction and around the umbilicus, there may be some partial necrosis and it may take a little longer for these areas to heal. If any concern with infection, make sure you see your surgeon quickly, otherwise, follow up with them as plan and allow to monitor your progress.

There are many keys that lead to minimizing scars: during the operation, reducing tension on the closure, post operative recovery, and applied scar therapy. Silicone based therapies (whether in the form of strips or gel) have excellent scientific data showing improved scar results and reduced scar burden and an overall improved appearance of the scar. Other non silicone based treatments do not have as strong data.

Thank you for your question. Typically nipple asymmetry can not be corrected with just implants. It may be possible with performing slightly different pocket creations (Dual Plane I vs II or III) but ultimately you may require a small mastopexy (breast lift) in order to correct the asymmetry. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to examine you and discuss all options.

I recommend a special soft surgical bra for 6-8 weeks following surgery. As the tissues are healing after surgery, the bra helps to support the weight of the breast. The bra can help with discomfort during recovery and improve healing and scarring. It is still very early in the recovery period and many times the legs don't heal at the same rate. It is hard to give much advice without examining you. I would recommend following up with your surgeon. Swelling can be normal but other possible problems such as blood clots, hematoma, or seroma can develop and require treatment.
