Thank you for your photos. You can have improvement with liposuction alone to reduce the pocket of fat specifically in the upper abdominal area. A lift will not help address the bulge as your skin will naturally relax again and the bulge will reform quite quickly after your breasts heal. In my experience, I find that patients are always happier going with the larger size if they are choosing between two implant sizes that they like. They tend to regret going with the smaller size once the swelling has come down and the tissues have relaxed. Thank you for your photos. You have early platysmal banding which happens with natural aging of the neck. The best way to correct this is to have a necklift in which a small incision is made under the chin and the loose separated muscles are brought back together to restore your contour and remove the bands. Another option is to use botox directly in the muscles to relax them so they do create the bands with neck and jaw motion. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your photos. You would best be served with implants on both sides and a nipple lift on your right side. The nipple lift scar is the smallest of the lift scars and only goes around the areola so it hides very well against your natural color change and is the same incision as the implant incision. Implants do not need to be changed every 10 years but they are not meant to last forever. Generally speaking, 1 in 4 women will likely have a second breast surgery within the first 10 years of their initial implant surgery, but there are definitely women who have the same implants 10, 15, or even 20+ years. As long as you don't have any problems, there is no need for more surgery, but you are smart to plan ahead. You should plan on eventually needing more surgery in the future.

Thank you for your photos. I agree with your surgeon. It would be a good idea to reposition the fat that is under your eye and giving you bags and use it to improve the more hollow area where your eyelid transitions to the cheek. That means no fat is actually removed, it is simply moved over to where you need it. The fat will not move on its own back under your eye with time. Thank you for your photos. There is a limit to the amount of skin tightening that can be achieved with just VASER liposuction. If you have enough skin that it is folding on itself after liposuction, you will most likely be best served with a tummy tuck but this is determined during a physical examination in the office.
