Also, it's important to remember that our faces tend to lose volume as we age, so it's important to consider the future as well as the present.

The fat pocket under the chin is partly a fat issue (more than you want), and skin (too much). A chin implant will help "use up the skin" so that will definitely help reduce the fat pocket under the chin when coupled with liposuction. Ultherapy or other nonsurgical options probably won't do enough to make a significant difference.

You are a good candidate for a tummy tuck. however, your belly button is fairly high and so the correct approach may be to "float" the belly button. Unlike a standard tummy tuck where all the skin is removed between the pubis and the belly button ( with a new opening location made at the end of the procedure), a floating belly button keeps the button unchanged but after the dissection is performed underneath, the extra skin is removed and the belly button in its native position will end up...

Given that you have had surgical results ( more than once), I don't think you would ever be satisfied with a nonsurgical result ( such as Ultherapy). Ultherapy is an effective non surgical technique but generally for younger patients.

I have found that a midline gluteal incision to be a highly effective incision. However, when it breaks down I would be concerned that there may be fluid collections (seroma) on one or both sides. An ultrasound would be a good way to evaluate if there is fluid collecting. When there is fluid collecting and it wants to get out, it will find it's way out through the incision which which cause the incision to start to break down.

It is important that you are on the same page as your surgeon when you have breast augmentation.  If you are not comfortable with the suggested size, you need to explain that to the surgeon and not feel rushed.  This is your body and you need to have the surgeon explain their rationale. Your surgeon wants you to be happy with the result.

From your photos it looks like coosculpting will improve some of the contour, but would need to do a proper in person assessment to give you a definitive answer.  Also, it depends on what you are looking for.  Coolsculpt will most likely not give you a "six pack" and it is unclear how much skin tightening will be achieved with coolscupting. Sculptra is a filler ( along with Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Bellafil etc). All of these can be confusing to read about.  I would suggest you find a highly experienced practitioner in all of these products who can guide you appropriately. Hope that helps.
