Hi, while these are not the best pictures to go by and a physical exam of your face and skin is the only way to really get an idea of what would be helpful for your concerns, it does appear pretty clear that a facelift is more than you need.
You will be better off having a chemical peel, laser resurfacing, sun protection and botox with fillers to help freshen up the aging changes that you are seeing.
