Hello, when Botox is injected in to the lower eyelids, it weakens the musculature that helps keep the fat pads within the lower eyelids constrained. Once the musculature is relaxed with Botox, you may see the fat pads start to come forward. Hello, what you are seeing is the muscle roll that encircles your eye expand as you smile. It becomes more pronounced with animation and can be minimized with Botox injections. There may be some small amount of darkening and shadowing to the lower eyelid skin that can also be addressed topically with or without filler. Hello, keep in mind that when you smile, the skin and muscle can bunch together, making the lids look fuller. With that said, would consider an upper blepharoplasty to remove redundant eyelid skin and establish one uniform crease on both sides. In the lower eyelids, may consider either tear trough and infraorbital filler or light laser resurfacing to improve skin texture. Would need to evaluate in person, and recommend you see an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results.

Hello, it is normal to have a concavity within the inner corner of the upper eyelid. To give a little more dimension, may consider either carefully placed HA filler to the sulcus or even some laser resurfacing to improve and thicken collagen and elastin along the thin eyelid skin. Hello, you have good volume and proportions to your face. Would not recommend any filler at this time as that will over-bulk. Would recommend optimizing your skincare routine to address acne and texture, as that will make a huge difference. Also can consider botox to the masters to help "slim" out the jaw area.

It appears as though you either are harboring additional fluid causing swelling associated from the filler injections in that area, or you may have preexisting fat pads that now appear bigger due to filler around them. Would consider having it dissolved with hyaluronidase to see if that will provide some improvement. Please always go to an experienced oculoplastic surgeon when it comes to your cosmetic treatments around your eyes.

Hello, Juvederm is probably the worst filler to inject in to the tear trough space. It will attract too much water and cause lots of swelling, which sounds like the experience you had. We use Revanesse Versa because it has a very low hydrophilic character (meaning it absorbs minimal water) and its consistency in production allow for a good tear trough fill that typically lasts about 1 year on average. Please visit an experienced oculoplastic surgeon for best results with your eyelids.

Hello, there are several things to try to improve and even skin tone. A chemical peel designed for your skin type that has skin lighteners and brighteners may help, as will adding products to decrease areas of hyperpigmentation, such as SkinCeuticals Discoloration Defense. And most importantly, please use sunscreen at all times, as sun damage can darken skin and when you use lightening products, your skin is more sensitized and requires the protection of at least SPF 30 at all times.
