Neither should “stretch” your face so I am compelled to wonder whether you were treated at a medispa rather than by a physician. I do not see indications for a neck lift although it is difficult to ascertain from the photos. For early facial laxity, I have had success with the Threadlift procedure which is cost effective. Rhinoplasty is a three dimensional operation. The puzzle pieces have to fit together. Hump reduction, which you need, is accompanied by a reorientation of the nasal bones. An aesthetically pleasing nose is achieved when all the proportions come together. Fortunately, you have front symmetry already.

That you refer to an injector, not a physician, is both fascinating and disturbing. These procedures are routinely performed at the same time. In terms of the worry of not getting enough filler, that’s why filler can be layered or performed in stages, especially if you are cost conscious. If you are using two different Groupons, then I would have to opine that it would be better to establish one relationship for consistency. Excess filler can be stored and used at a later date.

You may be a good candidate for liposuction. In terms of achieving a fat stomach, that would be dependent on your muscle tone and cannot be evaluated pictorially. Fat transfer would not add a cup size. I do not believe Coolsculpt would benefit you adequately nor has laser Lipo been shown to achieve better results than tumescent liposuction. The hype of these procedures by the cosmeceutical industry is substantial.

Why has Ellanse not been FDA approved yet when it's used widely in Asia and Europe?

The FDA has the strictest approval criteria in the world. Safety and efficacy are the two lodestars. Ellanse has gotten mixed reviews, based possibly on injector technique. Given that non-physicians make up an enormous segment of the injector population, the regulators must have concern. The manufacturers, on the other hand, are constantly bringing and marketing new products to public attention. There are so many fillers currently available that I would not fall into the hype.

It isn’t uncommon for loss of puppy fat to occur in mid20s even if your weight remains constant. Fat grafting is subject to unequal take, is not permanent and you must have adequate quantity of fat. I personally would recommend Radiesse-the migration concern is misplaced and it isn’t a long term commitment. Restylane could also be an option. In any case, consultations are best had in person. The simple answer is…it depends. It depends on how much improvement you are seeking. It depends on whether the fat is visceral. It depends on whether you have muscle weakness. You may get some marginal improvement from Lipo but I wouldn’t expect it to produce a quantum change.

Very thoughtful question. Fat transfer, assuming you have sufficient fat, will not produce more than a very small change in volume and fat is not forever or consistent.
