I wouldn’t do the tummy tuck without addresssing your prominent mons. If it is not taken care of it will stick out like a loaded penis. The tummy tuck will flatten your belly, lifting and reducing your mons will probably enhance your clitoral exposure and orgasmic ability. Good luck.

Your neck and jowls would benefit from a face/neck lift. Your lids may benefit from upper and lower blepharoplasties.Fat grafting to your lips or a filler would improve your lip fullness. I can't tell the quality of your skin from the photos you have provided. CO2 LASER, Fractionated Erbium or peel may benefit fine wrinkles. Good luck..

It is early to go for a revision. Most surgeons would wait as much as 6 months, until the implants settle and the swelling completely subsides. I wonder what cup size you were and what you requested? Can you measure your bust, waist and hips and check your new proportions. The implants are high and will settle. A superior band can help speed that process. Breast implants can last many years. Saline implants deflate when they have a leak. Silicone breast implants tend to harden when ruptured. At age 72 this will probably be your last procedure for the aesthetics of your chest. Most women have ptosis of the breasts which is addressed by a breast lift. Replacement of implants may in part be provided by your implant manufacturer.
