I can’t speak for other surgeons in terms of how they charge for revisions. In my NJ facial plastic surgery practice, patient satisfaction is THE most important thing we offer. If a patient has complied with postop instructions but has a poor result, I see him or her in consultation to uncover the problem. You are correct that a pseudo capsule will shrink, but it takes longer than 3 months, in my experience. I would not be concerned at this moment that your chin still looks like the implant is there; give it 6-12 mos before deciding whether the scar tissue is permanent.
