Fat injection (micro or not) can restore volume indeed and is a good tool in management of ageing eyelid. Correction of ectropion of course depends on many causes of ectropion and whilst it can help in support it is not the first or certainly the only modality in this regard so a close assessment by your specialist plastic surgeon would be appropriate.

7 months postop it is unlikely the difference will change over time. Correction is possible with appropriate assessment- both open and suture techniques are possible but for more predictable results I'd have a think about an open incision technique especially given yours is a revision case.

This needs investigation by a specialist plastic surgeon and fluid sent for cells. There are many differential diagnosis but an asymptomatic fluid around the implants definitely needs further investigation.

Depends on your anatomy, it is possible to not have either but it has to be matched to the volume removed and the initial position f the nipple before the implant removal. In general older you are the more likely you need a lift.

Not much at all but obviously the volume you had with your implant will go which usually means you need a lift of some sort. The capsulectomy itself doesn't take away much volume at all.
