Excellent question!! I get asked this a lot. To create a more v-shaped face with minimal downtime and little risk, I would recommend Botox to the neck and masseter muscles. Great news. Your nose shape and size does not depend on weight, so no weight loss is necessary before a rhinoplasty. Looking at your profile, it appears that you may benefit from some procedures to the lower part of your face. A chin implant and submental liposuction would create a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing profile. Even with weight loss, submental fat may not change. You have excellent brow position and with these small changes you can create good definition and facial harmony.

What a great question! I would perform the facial procedures first. The rhinoplasty, chin implant, and injections are all on the face, so there is one surgical site. Also, for your rhinoplasty and facial procedure recovery, you typically want to lay on your back which is not as good for the BBL recovery.
