Full recovery in terms of no symptoms from a full TT is sometimes up tp 3-6 months after surgery....but most are comfortable at about 4 weeks. I let my patients return to work in 10-14 days, but they often are not pain free or they experience symptoms of tightness and pulling. There are several types of tummy tucks with varying recovery times which are most dependent on ones personal tolerance to pain. Mini can return to work in about 3 days, modified TT in 1 week, and the full standard TT 10 to 14 days. In my practice there is no heavy lifting or exercise for 6 weeks and no crunches for 1 year.I know perform Full TTs using Exparel on every case that is a 72 hour local anesthesia which has revolutionized my patients outpatient  TT experience with more rapid recovery.

Sex after BBL requires the patient to be interested in the acts anticipated and to be able to be pain free along with not injuring the small incisions of the lipo and transfer sites. I would say an estimate of 3 to 6 weeks for intercourse. Other means of sexual activities might be able to be performed earlier if both partners are cautious and willing. BBL is not an exact science and can have some unpredictable outcomes that you need to discuss with your plastic surgeon. Flat spots and humps can be preexisting issues that are addressed in the transfer procedure that can be improved but may not be able to be totally resolved. After a BBL over a course of time if a patient gains weight the transferred fat can grow and become larger. I have seen this in several patients that Ive done multiple procedures on with followups several years out. Of course they gain weight elsewhere also but are more happy with their buttocks. Fat transfer results vary patient to patient no matter shape or size. Your particular stats of 140 lbs at 5'3' seems like you will have some fat to transfer.....but may not be enough to give you the result you might be looking for. I would ask your PS to go over volumes he thinks he might be able to place in the 4 areas you are mentioning and see how that compares to some of the numbers youve seen on the internet. I would be shooting for 500cc or more per side so you can see a difference....
