The first thing to figure out is whether the problem is with an eye bulging out or the other one being slightly set back.

Get an expert to check but make sure the cute isn’t worse than the problem.

If there are no broken orbital bones one elegant way to make a relatively sunken eye to come forward is fat placed behind the eye. You could even try placing water there as a trial to see if you like it.

If you put a drop off Hyaluronidase on the eye no loss of vision would occur.

Each year, millions of doses are intentionally given behind the eye to help with cataract and other eye surgeries and no problem of blindness with hyaluronidase in the last 30 years.

I really need PRP for severe acne scarring. Am I wasting my time and money on it considering I smoke

I like PRP and Nanofat but you probably are wasting your time if you continue to smoke.

From your picture it appears that ptosis is the main issue. Ptosis repair and blepharoplasty are often combined together and it’s best to address both issues at the same setting.

There are a lot of surgeons to do blepharoplasty, However ptosis repair It’s probably best left to an oculoplastic surgeon.

You can see the eyelid muscles flex in your lower lid. Some very well placed low dose Botox on the outer half of the lower eyelid margin can help.

However, be careful what you ask for.... the loom you have now is associated with youth and treatment can age you if taken too far.

One non-surgical fix to consider is Botox in the certain jaw muscles on one side.

It will slim the jaw over time and May take more than one treatment but it works nicely with Asian jaws.

If you grind your teeth or have TMJ you could get relieve from that condition as well.

If your doctor has given you some oral medications to use, then you should use them as directed.

The needles are small. We usually put numbing cream on strategic places that make even the anesthetic injection unfelt.

The local anesthesia is wonderful.

I don't see a picture but in general the lid crease position and the amount of fat taken are two different variables that an experienced surgeon should be able to address specifically.

This situation sounds a bit unusual. Usually, a cycloplegic refraction is done to be sure straining isn't affecting the prescription treated. The eye gets dilated for that and that can make centering the treatment tough (not impossible).
