Hello thank you for your question. You should not be afraid to try breast feeding out no matter what breast size you have. There is always some breast tissue that will swell with milk through pregnancy. Im unable to answer your other questions since I can not really have a proper physical examination. I would suggest a consultation with your plastic surgeon and go over the options. Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Hi thank you for your question. If you have saline implants then most people notice a sudden change when the implant ruptures. If you have a silicone implant, its unlikely you would notice a significant difference. There are other reasons that this can happen besides a rupture. You should seek in person consultation with your plastic surgeon to talk to them about your concerns.
