Sex: Female Age: 58. Changes Desired: One previous nasal surgery. Patient desired to augment the nasal bridge and to lengthen her nose and eliminate the pinched appearance of the nose. Outcome: Was able to eliminate the pinched tip and bridge. After surgery the nose appeared more refined and balanced. There was a correction of a turned up appearance of the nose. Collapsed bridge was augmented with rib cartilage. From the side view she has a straight profile; increased length, the nose is no longer turned upright. We decreased the nostrils show from the side.
