I don’t think that Radiesse will improve your degree of neck laxity to your satisfaction. There are several options besides fillers that can be considered such as ultrasound or radiofrequency skin tightening although the surgical option will give the best result. The use of threads to lift the neck is also very effective but not as permanent as a surgical neck lift. You should consult a board certified plastic or facial plastic surgeon in your area who does both. Good luck!

Your ears are not likely to drift out after nine months. If you are unhappy, I suggest you ask your surgeon for a re-evaluation to see if you are a candidate for any further correction.
