While your legs can very likely be improved, it usually isn’t a simple fix. It will likely require a few sessions of fat transfer procedures to fill in the dents. I would probably recommend going to see a different surgeon, someone with more experience with liposuction.
Can I combine Vaser Liposuction and BodyTite during my upcoming tummy tuck revision?

You can certainly combine Vaser liposuction with Bodytite skin tightening. They work differently, and Vaser isn’t really used to tighten skin. Both devices work pretty well for what they are, and we combine them in the same surgery fairly often.

Based on this photo and your age I think you could easily undergo hi definition liposuction and not have an issue with loose skin.
I had a diastasis recti repair last June. Has my repair failed?

Looks like either the repair came apart or it was never pulled tight enough at the initial surgery. If you have a large amount of intra-abdominal fat that could certainly or you at risk for this complication.

You definitely do not need general anesthesia for these procedures. Both can be done in the office setting with local (tumescent) anesthesia, and are very straightforward procedures.
Unfortunately, if the surgeon is employed by a hospital, they can coerce the surgeon to bring you to the operating room so the hospital can make more money off of the procedure. I’ve seen it happen before.
What method of lipo is best for athletic body? Vaserlipo or power assisted lipo?

They are not mutually exclusive procedures, and can certainly be done during the same procedure. The Vaser essentially melts the fat smoothly and evenly, while power assisted liposuction then sucks it out. Both are good options, but neither are a replacement for an experienced body contouring surgeon.

It is certainly hard to tell just with photos, but this looks like something that can happen if a patient has lipo done and doesn’t consistently wear their compression garment after surgery. Or if the garment wasn’t tight enough. I typically tell my lipo patients to wear the garment for at least 6 weeks, 24/7 in the beginning, then they can start taking it off at night.
