CoolSculpting works by delivering controlled cooling to gently and effectively target fat cells under the skin without damaging surrounding tissue. The treated cells are frozen and die. Once the fat cell is destroyed it does not come, back but maintaining a healthy weight will maintain the slimmer look achieved post procedure.
