You should always start with a consultation before any injection to address any concerns or questions you may have. There are many successful programs available for your non surgical weight loss. I would suggest you first consult with your primary care provider to make sure there are not any underlying reasons for weight gain; I would also suggest a medical clearance before starting any exercise program.
