Thank you for your question. The best answer that I can give you is yes forBL and maybe on TT. An examination or photos will be needed to assess your abdominal area.  I have successfully performed both of these procedure on heavier patients that had the right anatomy. Thank you for your question and photos. Based on your photos your nipples appear to sit below your breast fold which signifies breast sag. I believe you will get a much better result with an implant and lift. Implant alone will not give you a great result.  Good luckDrMaz

Thank you for your question and photos. I’m sorry you have this situation but these things do happen. That area that you are concerned about, is it thick and raised? If so you can try massaging it and using silicone sheets. You can certainly do a scar revision in that one area if you would like,I would wait a full year before your next revision. Good luck. DrMaz

Good morning Jamie. It’s really hard to give you an accurate answer without examining you, The photos you submitted were not very helpful. One thing I can tell you is you don’t have a weight problem so weight loss or lipo is not your option. If you are concerned with skin/tissue laxity a thigh lift procedure will give you great results. Thank you for your question and photo. To start this is not a huge problem, wounds like this can occur after TT. It looks to me that the wound needs some debridement and  your surgeon can easily do this at the office. After that this should heal within a few weeks with some basic wound care such as daily packings.  Is your surgeon aware of this issue and what has he/she done thus far? You should have weekly follow ups with your surgeon until this heals. Good luckDrMaz
