These are probably ok to do together, but getting arms and legs done together can be hard in recovery for a few days. You should see a surgeon with expertise and experience. Hi, your implants do look very full in the upper chest. If they also feel tight or hard, you may have capsular contracture. Hi, part of your decision should be what you need around the sides and buttock area. A lower body lift will address these areas, whereas an abdominoplasty (even with the vertical FDL excision) will not.I usually do a lower body lift, which usually does allow adequate tightening of the upper abdomen and improves the lateral abdomen, lateral upper thighs and buttocks. If there is still some upper abdominal looseness, a later vertical excision can always be done, but is rarely necessary....
