It is okay to get a facial after Botox but I would wait at least a day before doing that. The risk of getting a facial immediately after Botox treatment is that the medicine will move into places where we do not want it to go which can cause complications such as eyelid drooping. If that does happen, there is no reversal agent for Botox, so you would have to wait until the botox wore off.
The doctor had me reclined and my head turned toward her during Botox. Is that problematic?

There are various ways to do a fast. Some allow bone broth during the fasting period. Other fasts are more restricted where you can only drink water. Most fast, however, allow black coffee as there are no calories in it. Coffee is a diuretic so keep up with your hydration if you are drinking it during a fasting period.

Botox is used to treat dimpling in the chin area. It is given in 1 or 2 injections and it is quite useful for that. It is not given in the areas which you indicated with the arrows in the photo nor is it given to improve the jawline. All the best!

Hyperpigmentation (when skin become darker in color than the normal) is one of the most commonly encountered complications with chemical peels. There are several causes (inadequate sun protection, aggressive peels, sensitive skin, etc) and it is hard to say what the cause is without knowing more information, like your Fitzpatrick skin type or which chemical peel and strength was used.
Hyperpigmentation can be treated with over-the-counter lightening agents...
