Thanks for your question. Acne scars should not be injected with silicone.
We have great results for acne scars with the Profound RF by Syneron. I combine this with a laser facial peel with fractionated Erbium. If there is skin laxity, a facelift may be indicated.

The brown discolouration will be something that is difficult to get rid of but with time will fade. You could start by using a 100% silicone scar gel such as Stratamed on the open areas. You should also wear sunscreen or keep the area covered from the sun as the sun will darken the brown. Once the blisters are gone and your fully healed you could see a dermatologist for further management. There are some gentle lasers that could help fade the brown….
