    Yes!    Yes! Restylane Refyne is the best filler on the market for vertical lip lines.  The great thing about Refyne is it can be injected superficially without getting the Tyndall effect.  The Tyndall effect describes a blueish hue that can be seen in the skin when a deep filler is accidentally injected too superficially. You will receive a much better result in the vertical lip lines if a superficial filler is injected.  Thus, Refyne is the best for these wrinkles.  Good luck!

    It typically takes up to 2 weeks to see the final result of any neurotoxin.  In addition, 10 units of Xeomin is a small amount.  We usually place about 20 units into the glabella to get rid of "the elevens."  I would recommend making a follow up appointment with your injector at the 2 week mark.  If you are still unsatisfied with your results, you may need more units injected into your glabella.  Good luck!

   Yes, Sculptra can absolutely be injected directly into the cheeks.  We inject into the cheeks quite often.  Sculptra is great in the cheeks.  It does take about 6 weeks for the Sculptra to "fill-in".  You will see a nice difference.  If you are looking for instant gratification, we also suggest Resylane Lyft or Voluma to cheeks.  But, I would recommend waiting until you Sculptra has "filled-in," then reassess.  Good luck!

   We typically recommend patients return at 4 week intervals when having sclerotherapy performed.  Four weeks seems to be an adequate amount of time to see how well the treatment worked.  We usually recommend at least 3 treatments 4 weeks apart.  Good luck!

   Botox will not help with "butt dimples" or give you a "bubble butt."  The best way to achieve your desires without plastic surgery is to have Sculptra injections.  It takes a few vials and a few treatments, but you will see improvement.  Good luck!!
Had Volbella filler in tear trough 5 days ago. One eye is fine, the other has a soft bump

  It does appear that you may have a little too much Volbella injected into that area.  It could also be an excess of swelling and/or bruising.  Swelling and bruising 5 days after a tear trough injection is normal.  It is probably best to follow up with the injector who performed this injection.  They may instruct you to massage the "bump", dissolve it, or just leave it alone until you are 2 weeks post injection.  Good luck!
