I am sorry that the facial fat transfer has left you feeling uneven. The photos are limited but I also agree that you do not appear to need a facelift. Hello, with a fat transfer to the face, the fat that was moved will behave like fat in the location where it was harvested. In general weight changes of 10 pounds or more will have an effect on fat in the face, grafted or not. Also, while weight loss and getting in shape is very good for the body and mind, too much will definitely have an adverse effect on the face. This is more noticeable as we age so if you are under 40 years of age, these changes may be minimal.  Best of luck to you.

Hello. I would suggest you give your treatments a little longer before determining that you have not responded.  I also recommend 6 monthly treatments followed by 1 treatment every 3 months after that. You should definitely be on a protocol including the Viviscal marine supplement and perhaps even prescription topicals or medications or hormonal therapy, depending on the situation. Not everyone responds to this treatment but many do. Good luck!

As others have suggested, Botox should be your first treatment and then see if there is enough improvement.  If not, there are a variety of fillers that would be perfect in this location and fortunately, they all last a long time in this location.
