Botox will help minimize your forehead lines, crows feet, and frown lines but will not feminize your appearance. I think you would benefit from some dermal fillers and Sculptra. Neither Botox nor Juvederm should cause you to have insomnia. I recommend you follow-up with your primary care physician for further evaluation of your insomnia. You should be able to use both of these products in the future without increased risk of insomnia. Good luck!

There is no contraindication with fillers and blood thinners. However, keep in mind that you will be at higher risk for bruising with the procedure. Bruises are common with dermal fillers and will resolve within days to two weeks. Cheers!

It is hard to evaluate your upper eyelids in your pictures because you are looking down in all the pictures. However, if you do have heavy eyelids that are impairing your vision, you could also be a candidate for an upper blepharoplasty, which will yield longer lasting results than Botox. I recommend you consult with an oculoplastic surgeon. And yes, if your vision is impaired on evaluation it would be a medical, rather than than cosmetic, procedure.
