If you are happy with the tip (cartilage portion) of your nose then it is perfectly reasonable to have your nasal bones adjusted using a closed rhinoplasty technique. Yes, it would be necessary to break the nasal bones (osteotomy) to narrow the dorsum. Rasping by itself will not work.
All the best,

Yes, the asymmetry in size and shape can be corrected without needing implants. If you are happy with the size of the smaller left breast then i would suggest performing a lift (mastopexy) on that side and a reduction on the right. I would perform this surgery using a vertical scar technique (lollipop shaped scars). The good news is this surgery carries a rebate from Medicare / private insurance.
All the best,
Simon

It is difficult to clearly see as the steri-strips are covering most of the wound. It appears there is a small area of delayed healing at the “T-junction”. This is the most common area of the breast to have wound breakdown and usually heals up perfectly with dressings and a bit of time.
All the best,
Simon

It is difficult to answer your question without seeing a photo.
Yes, a haematoma will make that breast appear larger at this stage but will gradually shrink as your body absorbs the blood and the extra swelling settles. Depending on the size of the haematoma it should disappear over 3 months. Large haematomas should be drained with another operation. The breasts may be slightly different sizes (they probably were pre-operatively if you look closely enough)…

It would be possible for you to have a Lejour (vertical scar only) breast reduction. It is difficult with this technique to remove a lot of breast tissue but I think a full C cup is achievable in your case. A large vertical reduction does occasionally leave a pucker of skin in the lower end of the scar. This usually settles with time but may need another operation to remove.
I would recommend having a vertical scar reduction with a short…

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Breast reduction surgery is usually a very successful operation with high satisfaction rates.
If there is significant redundant skin under the breasts you may want to have further surgery to have this removed. This is usually a minor operation performed as day surgery. However, i would suggest waiting for 6 months from the date of your original operation. You’ll be surprised how much of the extra skin…

Yes, it is possible to go from a D cup to a B cup using a variety of different breast reduction techniques. Remember that bra cup size is a very inaccurate measure of breast size.
If your breasts are made very small, you may find that the shape of the new breasts is not so attractive. It is also worth remembering that the new breast size should be kept in proportion with your hip size. This will make clothes shopping far easier.
I would…
